Instructions for Becoming a Member of WHRC

Download the Membership Form:

  • Visit our website at WHRC Membership.
  • Navigate to the “Membership” section and click on the “Download Form” button to download the membership application form.

Print the Form:

  • Print the downloaded form on A4 size paper.

Fill Out the Form:

  • Complete the form with all the required information. Ensure that all details are accurate and legible.

Affidavit:

  • Attach a notarized affidavit to the form, confirming the authenticity of the information provided.

Post the Form:

  • Place the completed form and affidavit in an envelope.
  • Address the envelope to the WHRC Membership Office. The address is provided on our website in the “Contact Us” section.

Post at Your Local Post Office:

  • Visit your local post office and send the envelope via standard mail to the address mentioned on our website.

Processing Time:

  • The processing of your membership application will take a minimum of 10-15 business days from the date of receipt.

Confirmation:

  • Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive a confirmation letter via return post.
