RED ALERT FOR MEMBERS WHRC
Circular / Alert / Important Notice to all the Members
All members and designated committees are hereby directed to strictly follow the instructions, directions, communications, information, and advisory from the law division of the organization. Any violation will be taken seriously, and violators who do not follow the directions will face legal penalties, including both civil and criminal proceedings.
All cases seeking support and addressing grievances should be sent to the Grievance Enforcement Cell with a copy to the National Administration. Any cases, representations, issues, petitions, claims, disputes, grievances, transactions, or communications reported to the organization and committees or individual members at any level (Taluk/Mandal/District/State/Zone) must be recorded and assigned a file number by the National Administration, Law Division, or Grievance Enforcement Cell at the National Level. Cases not numbered by the above divisions will not be entertained, and any resulting grievances will be the responsibility of the members or committees at that level. Those who handle such cases without proper numbering will be solely and individually responsible for the act, cost, damages, loss, liability, and legal consequences, both civil and criminal.
